Shipping & Returns Policy

At Shinuur, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is convenient. We pay extra attention to the order details to make this a unique experience for you. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a purchased item. To facilitate this process, we have the following policies:

Shipping Policy:

  • Free standard shipping for all purchases. At checkout, free shipping will be applied to your order automatically. The offer is good for standard shipping only. We deliver to US postal addresses and P.O. boxes, and at this time, we are Shipping in the US only. Shinuur Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or modify this offer any time.

Standard Return Policy:

  • All sales are final. There are no returns to your order after it is placed. Please take time to review your order before placing it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your items must be defective or damaged and must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was received (with hanging tags intact) within the first 15 days of your purchase date. Please send pictures of faulty/damaged products with details to info@shinuur.com to initiate the return. All return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Once we have received the item, our customer service team will review returned items to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. If the item(s) meet our standards, we will proceed with the refund.

Exchange Policy

  • Due to our ever-changing inventory, we do not provide any exchanges of the purchased items.

Returning By Mail

  • Returns by mail are accepted if they arrive at our address within 30 days of your order date. Package up your unwanted merchandise and address the package to Shinuur Inc., 2455 Naglee Rd, #316, Tracy, CA 95304. and send your package using any courier service of your choice. Be sure to include your receipt in your package.

Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the items are shipped and the tracking number of the shipment is provided, it is the buyer’s responsibility to reach out to the shipping provider and request a refund if items are not delivered when tracking states otherwise.
